Physical Therapist, Outpatient Setting

Burger Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. has provided therapy services since 1978. We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team in Natomas. This is a full-time position offered with a full benefit package with the opportunity to work four ten-hour days or five eight-hour days. . . . and YES, we have premium-free healthcare insurance!! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Supervision of support staff in the clinical area Provide direct patient care as prescribed including evaluation and treatmentplanning Review physician's referral and patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and required physical therapy treatment Collaborate with other personnel in developing and implementing physical therapy careplans Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enter information intocomputer Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans forreevaluation Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximumbenefit Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued athome Participate in educational activities of theservice Participate in clinicalstudies Perform other duties asassigned We pride ourselves on offering competitive pay, but we know it's not one-size-fits-all.
