Financial Analyst

Pay Range Ajulia Executive Search provided pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. Job Summary We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the operation leaders of a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. Perform financial analysis for the operation leaders. Assist in the month-end and quarter end procedures. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Develop and maintain financial models for business units, capital projects, and strategic initiatives. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for operational and financial improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions for financial analysis. Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, management reporting, and performance insights. Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses and reports to support decision‑making across the organization. Assist in evaluating potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions, including financial modeling and due diligence support. Support ERP and financial system conversions, ensuring data integrity and process alignment. Partner with departments across the company to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis. Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
