Thisposition involves analyzing and designing Executive Benefits plan structures, acting as astrategic workforce consultant, and effectively communicating the broader OneDigital valueproposition to prospective clients. This role works with service teams to provide anexceptional level of customer service, driving client retention.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):Executive Benefits Sales and Business Development· Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through various channels, includingconvergence leads, sales calls, referrals, and COI management.· Effectively communicate the value proposition of OneDigital's Executive Benefitssolutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our comprehensivesolutions.· Achieve and exceed annual sales goals by skillfully guiding prospects through the salescycle and closing new deals.· Participate in industry and conference presentations to showcase expertise andgenerate leads.· Organize and manage prospect events to educate potential clients about ExecutiveBenefits solutions.Client Relationship Management· Lead client relationships, working closely with plan sponsors to understand theirneeds, goals, and strategic objectives.· Develop and execute a customized relationship strategy that aligns with each client'sunique situation.· Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients, fostering opencommunication and exceeding expectations.Plan Design Consulting· Select and present a diverse range of plan options, design choices, and fundingsolutions to decision-makers.· Work with Third Party Administrators to provide participants with guidance onaccount-related questions.· Conduct periodic analysis to ensure plan funding solutions are meeting the clients’objectives.· Design complex Executive Benefits structures tailored to meet institutional client needs. Compliance and Regulatory Expertise · Conduct benchmarking due diligence to ensure clients' plans are competitive and meet industry standards. · Coordinate RFP fulfillment, demonstrating OneDigital's capabilities and value proposition. · Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure client plan compliance. · Provide ongoing consultation regarding plan needs, potential changes, amendments, and recommend adjustments when necessary. · Collaborate with Plan Administration Specialists to explain plan requirements and propose strategies for plan compliance. · Facilitate best practices training, ensuring clients understand their responsibilities and best practices. · Offer regulatory and legislative consulting, keeping clients informed of relevant updates that may impact their plans.Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:· Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.· Strong understanding of 409A regulations, industry best practices, and fundingsolutions.· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work and make decisions independently.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).· Demonstrated discipline maintaining sales pipeline information in a CRM, Salesforcepreferred.· Proven success with multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively.· Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.· Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions and interpret the impact ofnew laws for prospective clients.· Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information,including personnel and financial data.· Regular and predictable attendance is required.· Business travel up to 25%.Education, Training and Experience:· Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevantexperience in Executive Benefits sales.· 2+ years of Executive Benefits related experience required· 2 – 5 years of industry related sales experience preferred· Registration with a Broker Dealer required.· Securities license Series 6 and 63 required.· Life & Variable Life insurance licenses required · NQPA Certification required within first year of employmentOther:This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are theexclusive standards of the position.
