Job Description: Malone Healthcare is fast-tracking submissions for an experienced Emergency Room (ER) RN for an urgent 13-week travel assignment at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low, AZ. This Level IV Trauma Center handles a diverse patient population (trauma, cardiac, neuro) and features a highly supportive environment with excellent tech-to-nurse ratios.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent hospital ER experience.
• Licensing: Active Arizona or Compact RN License in hand.
• Certifications (Mandatory): Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS required at submission.
• Skills: Comfortable with high-volume care, Level IV trauma protocols, and mixed acuity emergency cases.

Unit Logistics & Details:

• Ratios: 1:3 to 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Unit Layout: 30 private rooms, 6-room observation unit, 6 fast-track beds, and dedicated tech support during peak hours.
• Technology: Allscripts (Sunrise) EMR and Omnicell medication dispensing.
• Scrub Policy: Dress code allows any color except all black.
