This part-time position offers the chance to work three days per week—approximately 20-25 hours—providing dedicated care and supportive interventions across several schools. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest working in school settings, ideally supporting a K-12 population
• Proven skill in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Effective communicator able to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptable, organized, and invested in student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based physical therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Develop individualized treatment goals to support each student’s unique needs within the educational environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated student care and promote student success
• Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to share strategies for classroom participation and inclusion
• Document and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records in line with district and statewide standards
• Actively participate in meetings and professional development as required
