Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with eligibility to practice in a school setting
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably K-12
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter comfortable working across multiple school sites
• Pediatric/school-based PT experience is highly valued

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Assess, document, and report on student progress and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student growth
• Travel between school sites within the district as needed (schedule and locations to be determined)
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to improve student outcomes
