Workday Consultant

Experienced Workday Functional Consultant supporting L2/L3 production support and agile enhancements across HCM modules. Focus on system stability, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support: incident triage, root cause analysis, issue resolution Deliver enhancements: configure business processes, security, validations, calculated fields Support Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation Manage releases: impact analysis, regression testing, UAT support Support integrations & data validation with technical teams Build reports/dashboards ensuring data integrity and access control Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors; drive issue resolution and improvements Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance compliance Required Skills 5–8 years Workday functional experience Knowledge of incident/problem/change management Preferred Exposure to integrations (EIB, Core Connectors) #J-18808-Ljbffr
