About the Team At Eightfold, our Solutions Consulting team is a diverse community of high performers who value authenticity over ego. You aren't just a technical resource here; you are a Subject Matter Expert in Artificial Intelligence and Human Capital Management, serving as a strategic bridge between our Sales and Product teams. You’ll leverage your AI and HCM expertise to solve complex challenges and build genuine, long‑term relationships with our customers. Responsibilities Work with and guide our sales team to consult prospects and customers, show how our solutions will help them, and execute technical sales discussions. Accelerate the sales cycle through the creation of reusable demo collateral ranging from verticalized environments to pre‑recorded walkthroughs that drive efficiency and shorten the path to closed‑won. Diagnose customer business challenges and position how our solutions can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their organization. Create and deliver compelling demonstrations and stories that cultivate a deep understanding of and desire for the solution and value we provide. Provide technical and functional guidance during the sales process to the sales team and potential customers to ensure that deals are closed consistently and quickly. Build creative new ways to prep demos, stay up to date on competitive intelligence, and work more efficiently in general through Claude. Influence our product strategy by effectively communicating feedback from customers and prospects, and work with the product team to develop new product features. Lead the design of solutions for prospects and customers, and communicate with the delivery team to ensure successful outcomes. Maintain customer relationships pre‑ and post‑sale. Communicate the technology vision to business leaders and analysts. Represent our company at industry events and panels. Own your subject‑matter expertise and guide the thought leadership of the company. Required Qualifications 6+ years customer‑facing Solutions Consulting experience. Experience in, or selling to, HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and/or IT. Affinity and experience with AI tools to work smarter, not harder (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc). Hands‑on experience with agentic software and can clearly explain how agentic systems work — and why they matter — to both HR and IT stakeholders. A desire to fix employment. A strong focus on helping customers define and achieve success. A history of winning — you’ve landed the big deals consistently throughout your career. Exceptional communication and technical skills. An affinity for the startup space, AI technology, and a desire to own, build, and grow both yourself, your team, and the entire organization. A positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience with demo automation software (Consensus, etc). Experience using or selling AI/Agentic software. Base salary ranges vary by zone: Zone A (San Francisco Bay Area & Greater NYC) $138,000 to $180,000; Zone B (all other US locations) $120,000 to $162,000. Compensation varies depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
