Become a Sales & Leasing Consultant at Marietta Toyota Do you have outstanding communication skills and enjoy building relationships with customers? We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable individuals to build trust and long-term relationships with our Smyrna-area customers while keeping the dealer’s interests in mind. The Sales & Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting and checking in guests upon arrival at the showroom and serving as a liaison between the dealership and the customer throughout the car-buying process. What are the Job Responsibilities of a Marietta Toyota Sales & Leasing Consultant? Responsibilities So, what does a day in the life of a Marietta Toyota Sales & Leasing Consultant look like? This role is 100% commission-based and can be a highly successful career for knowledgeable sales professionals. Job responsibilities include: Promptly greets every guest upon arrival at the showroom Checks in guests in the showroom and updates guest information Follows the TARGET Sales Model Utilizes CRM (Elead) to follow up with customers Attends daily and weekly sales meetings Communicates effectively with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and Sales Staff What are the Qualifications for a Marietta Toyota Sales & Leasing Consultant? Qualifications Our goal is to ensure our customers enjoy a red carpet experience from start to finish, and a Marietta Toyota Sales & Leasing Consultant plays an integral role in achieving that. Qualifications to be a Marietta Toyota Sales & Leasing Consultant include: Completion of Negotiation training Completion of annual Toyota Certification Training and ongoing monthly product quizzes Proficient operational software techniques for DMS [CDK], Service CRM [Elead] and any additional dealer-specific software Demonstration of the company’s core values Having the aptitude & desire to develop a solid understanding of product information related to all brands, vehicles, and all sales processes offered by the dealership The ability to work flexible hours, to include Monday - Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. If you are a competitive person who enjoys connecting with others, we would love for you to be a part of our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Marietta Toyota Scion
