The ideal Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) will possess exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing rapid, effective care to patients with urgent and often life-threatening conditions, triaging patients based on the severity of their needs, administering emergency treatments, and closely monitoring patient responses. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals, to stabilize and treat patients quickly and efficiently.
