Our organization, in partnership with a prominent health institution, is seeking applications for a full-time faculty role within the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at our Community Medical Center. This department oversees all anatomic and clinical laboratory services at our 592-bed facility situated in Toms River, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will join the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team, providing consultation to clinical staff. While this position primarily focuses on general pathology, expertise in cytopathology is highly valued.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical staff as part of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team.
• Provide comprehensive pathology services, with a focus on general pathology.
• Utilize subspecialty knowledge in cytopathology when applicable.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A medical degree (MD, DO, or MBBS) is mandatory.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anatomic Pathology/Clinical Pathology (AP/CP) is required.
• Academic rank and salary will be aligned with the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Benefits and Growth Opportunities
