Float Spa Consultant | True REST Float Spa, Cedar Park
Part time, with room to grow to full time | $15/hr + 50% commission on memberships

Love helping people feel good? True REST Float Spa in Cedar Park is looking for warm, upbeat people to join our team.

Our spa is calm, vibey, and built for one thing: helping people slow down. Floating removes nearly all outside stimulation so the body and nervous system can fully reset. Guests come to us for stress relief, better sleep, recovery, and a break from the noise. You’ll be the person who makes them feel welcome and keeps them coming back.

What you’ll do

Greet guests, guide first-timers, and build real long-term relationships with members
Share the benefits of floating and help guests find the right membership or package
Handle bookings by phone, text, and our POS system
Keep the spa spotless and salt-free (daily cleaning is part of the gig)
Work toward weekly sales goals, with commission that rewards you for it

What we’re looking for

Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people, in person and on the phone
Open to learning new software (we’ll train you)
Customer service or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
No float experience needed, just curiosity and an open mind
Availability for evenings and weekends
