Experience You'll Gain:

Sales & customer service Experience in a spa or health/wellness Proficiency in MindBody Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy Being a part of the innovative boutique health & fitness community

Your Day Includes Tasks like...

Warmly greet customers by name

Check guests in and give studio tours

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership

Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you!)

Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions

Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. (MIndBody software experience is a plus!)

Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Check Prospr for any team communication and important updates

Assist with administrative duties such as texting/calling leads and membership assistance
