What You’ll Build

As an Agency Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing your own Farmers Insurance business in the Queen Creek, AZ.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, leading, and growing your own Farmers Insurance agency.

• Develop and execute a business plan to launch and grow your agency

• Build relationships with customers and referral partners throughout the East Valley

• Recruit, train, coach, and lead an agency sales team

• Set sales goals and manage daily activity and performance

• Develop strategies to increase new business, retention, and customer referrals

• Use CRM, lead-generation, automation, and AI tools to manage and grow the business

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen customer relationships

• Build a strong local presence within the East Valley community

• Manage the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the agency

• Participate in ongoing Farmers training, coaching, and District Office development

• Work toward building a profitable, scalable agency with long-term business value
