Janitorial Lead Cleaner

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Location: Williams Dairy Rd, Greensboro, NC (On-site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience; Ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively.

What You'll Do As our Janitorial Lead Cleaner , you'll be the heartbeat of the site. You will perform general cleaning tasks-like pulling trash, dusting, and vacuuming-while acting as a Lead Custodian to support your team. You'll check behind your crew to ensure every restroom and hallway meets our high standards, ensuring we deliver the best service possible as a top-tier Lead Housekeeper .

What You Bring To The Team

1-3 years of cleaning or supervisory experience.
The physical ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively.
A sharp eye for detail and a "lead by example" work ethic.
Reliable transportation and a positive, neighborly attitude.
