How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Operational Oversight: Direct all aspects of nursing department work-flows and clinical objectives.

• Strategic Delegation: Assign duties based on staff competency while monitoring real-time proficiency.

• Talent Management: Lead the full life-cycle of staff hiring, training, and professional development.

• Quality Advocacy: Drive ongoing quality initiatives, audits, and strategic improvement plans.

• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with executive teams to modernize and enforce clinical protocols.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
