We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on process simplification, migration to ServiceNow, and improving reporting and employee experience. This role drives structured delivery, partners closely with cross‑functional teams, and ensures smooth adoption of new workflows and tools. Responsibilities Lead projects focused on process simplification and ServiceNow migration Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption Improve reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data visibility Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams Enhance employee experience through streamlined processes and modernized workflows Maintain project plans, documentation, and governance standards Who You Are 5–7 years of project management experience Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow implementations or migrations Strong background in process simplification and workflow optimization Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment Total Rewards We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well‑rounded benefits package for full‑time employees that have been designed to nourish your well‑being.
