IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary Our client, a leading travel and hospitality provider, is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join their team. This position is remote in Chicago, Illinois, requiring one day onsite a month. Core Responsibilities Perform and/or assist with configurations relating to internal moves, adds, and changes of host resources in the mainframe system Maintain tracking of all host resources associated to the hostnames Provide resolution to host resource issues for Proprietary or Common Use workstations and resolve incident tickets opened by the Service Desk Provide descriptive and timely updates Perform/assist with reclaiming host addressing using published processes and procedures Manage printer drivers and profiles for each printer in the company's fleet of MFP printers Provide level 3 phone support to Field Services, ESP technicians, FSTS Tech support, Unimatic Coverage, Service Desk, and the Network Operations Center (NOC) Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 2+ years of experience with PC printers and peripheral hardware Sperry UNIVAC (UNIMATIC) resources (PIDs) are added into SILAS dynamically into a temporary file; a monthly task takes those updates and creates a new master file in Unimatic – the candidate will need to know the steps to update the master file Proficient experience with ServiceNow, including some knowledge of building reports and dashboards Proficient experience in the Microsoft suite, specifically Microsoft Excel Knowledgeable in basic PowerShell scripting Knowledgeable in Vaison PrintLogic Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) 2+ years of experience with PC printers and peripheral hardware Strong troubleshooting skills Key Competencies & Behaviors Must be reliable Able to work with little to no supervision and exhibit independent judgment Excellent communication skills Identify and resolve technical problems Issue clear communications to limited audiences Work Environment Location: Chicago, Illinois Remote (1 day onsite/month) Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $18.00 and $27.00. The final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
