Personal Touch Home Care is looking for passionate Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates who are ready to begin their Speech Language Pathology journey in a supportive, rewarding, hands-on environment.

We welcome candidates who have completed, or will soon complete, their Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and are ready to begin their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Pay: $90,000.00-$95,000.00/annually

You won’t be navigating your CFY alone. You will receive mentorship and supervision from an experienced SLP with over 10 years of clinical experience while working with long-term pediatric, adult, and special needs patients in the home setting.

Job Overview: As a CF-SLP with Personal Touch Home Care, you’ll provide speech and language therapy to pediatric and adult patients in their homes while receiving ongoing mentorship and guidance throughout your Clinical Fellowship.

This role offers valuable real-world experience, the opportunity to develop strong clinical skills, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families every day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric and adult patients in a home care setting.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans under supervision.

• Work with patients with developmental, neurological, communication, and special needs challenges.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress.

• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Participate in ongoing mentorship and supervision throughout your Clinical Fellowship.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (completed or near completion)

• Eligible for CFY licensure in New York State

• Compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Interest in working with pediatric, adult, and special needs populations

• Experience in home health, rehabilitation, pediatrics, or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
