Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Contract Opportunity

Location: Elkins, West Virginia
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours per Week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Elkins, WV. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care, support patient well-being, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Support patient comfort, safety, and daily care needs.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices.
Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or clinical settings preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
