What’s a typical day as Customer Service Associate? You’ll be:

• Answering inbound customer service calls regarding product availability, pricing, order shipment confirmations, and modifications to existing orders
• Addressing customer complaints and following up with acceptable resolutions, including completing customer complaint forms
• Responding to incoming emails from customers and sales representatives, providing quotes, and sending EDI PO acknowledgments, ASNs, and invoices
• Filing invoices and sales orders, updating order ship dates, and maintaining customer planning reports
• Managing customer inventory, communicating about blanket POs, and initiating RGAs (Returned Goods Authorizations) for damaged or incorrectly ordered parts
• Updating Routing Guides and collaborating with the team to ensure adequate inventory based on customer requirements
• Performing other tasks as assigned to support distribution operations

• Have 5+ years of experience as a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative, fostering strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional support
