ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED ASAP

All positions are full time and starts in our Sales and Customer Service division, establishing and managing brand recognition for our top clients.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using proven sales techniques to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Provide solutions for every customer in order to boost customer service, retention, and customer acquisition
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Track sales and status reports
• This position involves one to one sales-based interaction with customers in our Big Box Retail partnership locations

Requirements:

• Friendly and positive attitude
• Great customer service experience along with ability to build customer rapport and relationships
• Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in hitting goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Experience in customer service, sales, promotional marketing, restaurant, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required
• This position is Full TIME and requires 30-40 hours per week
