Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Assistant / Chiropractic Assistant (2 Afternoons/Week)

Location: Freedman Chiropractic, Brier Hill Court D-6, East Brunswick, New Jersey 08816

Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 2:45 PM – 7:30 PM (Approx. 9.5 hours/week)

Compensation: $20-$25/hour

We are seeking a warm-hearted, reliable, and organized Front Desk Assistant to join our team two afternoons/evenings per week. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Engagement: Greet incoming patients with a welcoming demeanor and handle check-in/check-out.
• Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and patient reminders.
• Front Desk Operations: Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with light paperwork.
• Payment Collection: Process payments and keep basic daily ledger records up to date.
• Office Flow: Ensure the reception area and treatment rooms remain clean, welcoming, and organized.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic demeanor.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer literacy (experience with scheduling or Electronic Health Record software is a plus but not required).
• Punctual, dependable, and capable of working the designated afternoon/evening schedule.
• Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, or customer service setting preferred, but willing to train the right person.
