National Sales Relationship Consultant, Employee Banking

Responsibilities Build relationships by proactively calling existing and potential customers Engage customers via multiple channels including by phone, email, chat or virtually and by appointment Provide best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs Obtain and process customer and account information Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services Recommend solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Five or more years job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E.
