Talent Acquisition Specialist – Temp-to-Hire Bridgewater, NJ | 100% Onsite We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing construction/homebuilding and remodeling organization that is experiencing a significant increase in hiring needs. This is a hands‑on recruiting role ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing, screening, and connecting with candidates in a fast‑paced environment. The immediate priority will be supporting a large influx of hiring needs, particularly for technician‑level positions, with approximately 20 hires anticipated, while also supporting the company's ongoing sales recruiting efforts.
