These areas including room cleaning, public areas, laundry logistics and contact/hard surface disinfection. We believe are success is about having good people with the right energy. We offer hands on training with some of the most patient and knowledgeable people from the hotel industry.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Assistant Manager supports the Business Unit Manager in managing the team within the hotel. They are responsible for the management and optimization of all aspects of the cleaning services provided within the hotel. These services include cleaning of guestrooms, public area cleaning, laundry logistics, guest request coordinating, and ensuring all vacant clean rooms are inspected along with small facility services. The Assistant Manager is the first point of contact in the absence of the Business Unit Manager. The Assistant manager is operating within the hotels and will be in contact with the assigned Area Manager.

Requirements:

Manage the housekeeping team at the hotel.

Responsible for assigning all rooms for cleaning on location, completing the daily breakout.

Use the hotel’s systems to perform daily functions and report defects

Pre-employment Criminal Background check required

Coordinating guest requests

Spanish Speaking (Preferred)
