Operations Associate - Client Services

Operations Associate Join a fast‑growing Registered Investment Advisor firm with a culture of entrepreneurship, education, and collaboration. The Operations Associate will assist in the implementation of new client accounts and the ongoing servicing of existing clients. The role works closely with financial advisors, clients, vendors, and custodian support teams. This position is based in the Scottsdale office and follows a three‑day, in‑office hybrid schedule. Duties and Responsibilities Optimize the client experience related to operations and service to drive high satisfaction, quality, and efficiency for clients and the firm. Manage operational needs during the onboarding process, such as account opening and account transfers. Serve as a resource to multiple financial advisors in onboarding client relationships. Lead or participate in cross‑functional group projects to improve quality and efficiency within the teams. Required Skills and Abilities Operational knowledge in new accounts, cashiering, transfer of accounts, and account maintenance. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment and manage multiple demands and competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with broker/dealer platforms is a plus. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus. Qualifications Very strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong technology savviness, especially with data entry and systems maintenance. Deadline‑oriented and highly organized. CRM experience, preferably Salesforce. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Two to five years of experience in financial services. Experience working at an RIA preferred.
