This is a high-impact position where you will co-develop and execute sourcing strategies for a ~$50M annual spend across Warehousing and Reverse Logistics, directly contributing to our operational excellence and sustainability goals.Drive Strategic Sourcing: You will lead end-to-end RFx processes, from market analysis and needs assessment to complex negotiations and implementation, ensuring a seamless transition from "bid" to "business as usual."Enhance Supplier Excellence: You will manage a robust supplier ecosystem based on L’Oréal’s five strategic pillars: Quality, Logistics, Innovation, Sustainability, and Competitiveness, acting as a trusted advisor to internal business partners.Champion Sustainability: You will spearhead initiatives to reduce our Scope 3 emissions by identifying and onboarding partners who offer green logistics solutions, driving our "L'Oréal for the Future" agenda.Lead Innovation & Performance: You will proactively scout the market for disruptive technologies, integrate AI and smart fulfillment solutions into our 3PL roadmap, and own the category analytics to report on performance and savings.We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial drive, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
