First impressions matter, and as a Talent Acquisition Preboarding Coordinator, you hold the keys to a candidate's very first chapter with us. From the moment an offer is accepted, you will step in as their dedicated partner, primary point of contact, and champion.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities

• Independently manages the entire candidate preboarding process from post-offer acceptance to the first day.
• Serves as the main point of contact for the candidate, guiding them through the preboarding process with clear communication and instructions, and resolving any barriers.
• Effectively communicates candidate status updates to Talent Acquisition recruiters, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
• Audits pending employee records to ensure the integrity of all data, including job attributes, offer pay rates, incentives, and employment history.
• Hires the candidate in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) after all contingencies have been successfully met.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Onboarding
• Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Taleo
• Basic knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS)
