Customer Service Representative

Position Summary Customer Service Reps are the primary resource for quote and order entry in the ERP system. They work very closely with the Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure information is processed quickly and accurately. Core Competencies Required for this Position Detailed, focused with good communication, organizational, and planning skills. Ability to prioritize and understand sense of urgency for appropriate issues. Primary Responsibilities Support customer base as assigned with quote and order entry in Epicor ERP system. Maintain a high level of efficiency, including quality and quantity in daily workload. Ability to elevate issues to Account Manager and Sales Management as necessary. Some communication with the customer as necessary, amount is dependent upon platform and workload. Some communication with other departments, including Production and Engineering, required. Review and knowledge of appropriate work instructions. Attendance in ongoing training activities. Other job duties as assigned. Minimum Education Or Experience College degree or 3 years equivalent work experience. Good MS Office and data entry skills.
