Event Staff play a key frontline role in supporting passenger movement and operational safety within the venue loading and unloading areas during global sporting event transport operations in Kansas City. Working as part of the Venue Operations team, this position is responsible for directing spectators through designated queue areas, assisting with safe boarding and disembarkation, and ensuring smooth passenger flow around active bus loading bays. The Event Operations Assistant maintains a visible presence in high-traffic areas, providing wayfinding assistance and supporting safe interaction between pedestrians and vehicles. This role requires strong situational awareness, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of spectators in a fast-paced operational environment.

Work Environment:

• Required to wear high-visibility PPE and follow safety procedures.
