This role is integral to our success, providing comprehensive Human Resources support to our diverse workforce. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HR strategy, training & development, and conflict resolution among others. Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees. Manage comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring employees understand and utilize their benefits effectively. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements. Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster a positive work environment. Utilize HRIS systems for data management, reporting, and analysis. Resolve conflicts effectively, promoting a culture of respect and open communication. Develop and implement compensation strategies and benefits packages that attract and retain top talents. Drive change management initiatives, ensuring employees are supported through organizational changes. Provide HR consulting services to management, offering insights and solutions to improve HR practices. Manage HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR generalist role. Proven experience in talent acquisition, benefits administration, HR policies, training & development, HRIS, conflict resolution, change management, HR consulting, HR project management, and HR strategy. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
