**Job Summary:**
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management team to ensure operational efficiency and superior service delivery. You will assist in overseeing day-to-day activities, manage team performance, and contribute to creating an inclusive and positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the management team in planning, implementing, and evaluating business operations and strategies.
- Support team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and contribute to the development of new policies as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as required.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience also considered.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
