We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy through physical cycle counts, manage defective product accountability, and drive corrective actions when needed. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, maintain operational excellence, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced 3PL environment. The schedule would be Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM.

How You Create Impact

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
• Other operational and leadership duties as required or assigned

What We Would Like You To Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferably SwiftLog or Blue Yonder

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
