Hybrid Showing Agent & Field Support Lead

We are looking for a full-time Agent Assistant and Hybrid Showing Agent to be the on-the-ground presence for The Collective. Field work is the primary function of this role — showings, listing walkthroughs, and representing clients in person. Office and administrative support fills the time between, keeping transactions moving and the team running smoothly. This is a role for someone who takes pride in being the person other people count on. You’ll work directly with Matt, execute from strong existing systems, and have real impact on the client experience every single day.
