Lead preschool teacher

BrightStars helps families in Rhode Island access quality child care, early learning, and school‑age programs. We help child care providers learn best practices in early learning and apply them to the care children receive. We recognize program quality and give parents information to make choices about their children’s care and education. Program Address: 241 Webster Ave. Providence R.I 02909 Position Description Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children. Lead teachers also communicate with parents and guardians about their children’s behavior. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as a passion for working with young children. The ideal candidate should have a degree in early childhood education or a related field and experience working in a preschool or daycare setting. Qualifications Must have a degree or certification in early childhood education. Experience with preschool age children (2.9‑5 years old). Strong classroom management and a team player with great communication skills.
