Our Mission BrightStars helps families in Rhode Island access QUALITY child care, early learning, and school-age programs. We help child care providers learn about best practices in early learning and apply them to the care children receive. We recognize program quality and give parents information to make choices about their children’s care and education. Program Address: 1326 Plainfield St Cranston RI 02920 Position Description Way to Grow is searching for a full-time, Head Teacher qualified individual to lead our Preschool Teaching team as well as facilitate our school’s curriculum and help us maintain the highest Brightstar standards. Way to Grow 3 is currently a 3-star center. We have a staff committed to quality and willing to do what it takes to provide the best care possible to families in our area. They just need an additional leader to mentor them through this process. If you are a recent college graduate, we would be happy to mentor you in the field as a leader, combining what you’ve learned with the decades of experience we have to share with you.
