Customer Service Coordinator Timing: Shift hours may vary depending on location: 7am 4pm, 8am 5pm, 9am 6pm. Overtime may be required. Work week Mon Fri. Contract: 0-3+ Months (Temp to Engage) Driving: YES, commute to Stamford CT, Greenwich CT, Tarrytown NY, Rye Brook NY, Armonk NY, Yorktown Heights NY. COVID Vaccine Policy: Candidates must be fully vaccinated. At least one of the sites is the hospital. Yearly flu vaccination required. Dress Code: High-end Business Casual for professional setting Daily responsibilities: This is a customer-facing role. Employees in this position will provide coverage and support at multiple sites in the area. Duties include reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services. Mailroom operations Print production (printing, assembling, binding) Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams) Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas Conference room set up/take down Other duties, as assigned Employees may be re-assigned to another site in the morning or in the middle of the day. Some sites may require walking between different buildings. Printing assignments may require standing for extended periods. Candidate required to lift around 50. Lifting will be occasional when shipping/receiving packages, receiving catering orders. This position takes place at multiple locations and parking may or may not be provided free of charge. Parking can be expensed. Contingent Workers will be allowed to expense some of the commute mileage. Mileage expense guidelines: Weather and traffic delays are not reimbursed; reimbursement is based on shortest commute under normal traffic conditions and will be determined by the management Mileage is reimbursed if a one-way commute to the site exceeds 15 miles. Current expense rate is $0.725 per mile. Example: for a 20-mile commute, 5 miles will be reimbursed.
