Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will play a crucial role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Specializing in addressing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse.

• Grief and loss.

• Family conflicts and sibling disputes.

• Coping with job-related stress and medical challenges.

• Navigating blended family dynamics and transitions like separation and divorce.

• Facilitating effective communication strategies among family members.

• Developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients to enhance their well-being.

• Documenting progress and maintaining clear records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role:

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
