Shift: Flexible on evening shift hours

Hiring Basis: Direct hire basis

Pay: $28-$38/Hourly/W2

Lotus Technical has a direct role for a CNC Swiss Set-up Machinist for our ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing client located in Lakeville, MN. Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder. This is a clean, organized shop where skilled machinists can take pride in their work, grow their careers, and be treated with respect with little to no employee turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC Swiss machines to produce tight-tolerance, high-quality parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T with confidence.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep production running efficiently.
• Ensure quality standards are met at every stage (ISO 9001:2015).
• Take ownership of your work, your machines, and your team.

Minimum Education Required

High school diploma, or GED.

Minimum Experience Required

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Swiss preferred).
• Strong setup experience and understanding of machining processes.
• Confidence reading prints and applying GD&T.
• A leadernot just an operator.
• Reliable, accountable, and team focused.
• Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
