Senior Social Media & Communications Specialist #26504

Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with one of our clients, is seeking a skilled Senior Social Media & Communications Specialist with 5+ years of experience in automotive or start-up . This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, and refining messaging to support a key product initiative. Job Duties Execute hands-on social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement tracking Develop and refine messaging strategies to effectively communicate the value of the product to target audiences Collaborate with internal teams to produce and amplify content such as webinars, case studies, white papers, and marketing collateral Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand voice and timely delivery of content Monitor social media metrics, analyze data, and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversion rates Support communications and PR efforts by crafting messaging for internal and external audiences Assist with planning and promoting events, webinars, or product launches related to the program Maintain an authentic and trusted tone across all communications channels Skills & Experience Required 5+ years of marketing experience including social media management, communications, PR, or related fields Proven track record in developing messaging and content for B2B or eCommerce platforms Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging copy Knowledge of major social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and their algorithms Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or content creation apps Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field Background in automotive marketing or start-up Experience supporting marketing for product launches or in a legal or corporate environment Ability to identify untapped marketing opportunities quickly Experience with content amplification strategies and influencer engagement Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
