Lead Transaction Specialist: Settlement Readiness & QA

Realty of America is seeking a Lead Transaction Specialist to oversee transaction file readiness and ensure operational accuracy before settlement. You will serve as the first escalation point for the Transactions team, coordinating with Compliance and Settlement to prevent gaps and delays. You will review and clear files across multiple states, validate disclosures, and coach junior staff while upholding documented SOPs and quality standards to reduce errors and ensure timely closings. #J-18808-Ljbffr Realty of America
