CNA Medical Surgical Unit

We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Jerome Medical-Surgical team on the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a tight-knit team where collaboration is strong, support is consistent, and you can build meaningful connections with both patients and coworkers. With lower patient ratios, you’ll have the ability to provide more personalized, attentive care while continuing to grow your clinical skills. Schedule: Three weekly 12-hour shifts, Day shift 7 am to 7 pm What You Can Expect Work within a close, collaborative team that values communication and support Lower patient ratios allowing for more focused, high-quality patient care Opportunity to care for a diverse patient population Hands-on experience working alongside nurses and providers A culture that promotes teamwork, learning, and professional growth Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Licenses/Certifications: Current CNA certification or Nurse Apprentice letter Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
