Yinlun TDI LLC is an ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certified manufacturer of heat exchangers and fluid cooling components for automotive, commercial truck, bus, and industrial markets Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our growing Data Center business in North America. This is an early-career opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in B2B sales, account management, and the rapidly growing data center industry. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable communicating with customers, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with customers. Support new customer development through outreach, follow-up, and opportunity tracking. Participate in customer meetings and gradually take ownership of assigned accounts. Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and other commercial materials. Coordinate customer requirements with engineering, operations, and global teams. Track sales opportunities, customer activities, forecasts, and follow-up actions. Conduct market and customer research to identify potential business opportunities. Support customer visits, trade shows, and other business development activities. Develop working knowledge of Yinlun’s data center thermal management products and applications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer-facing commercial role. Demonstrated interest in developing customers and building long-term business relationships. Strong communication, presentation, organization, and follow-up skills. Comfortable working with both customers and technical/internal teams. Ability and willingness to learn technical products and the data center market. Must be able to work onsite full-time in Fremont, CA. Preferred Qualifications Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Manufacturing, technology, electronics, automotive, industrial, or data center experience is a plus.
