Technology Lead /SAP Tableau /SAP BI

Databricks Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical execution of Databricks and PySpark development as per client expectations
- Drive customer engagement from a technical perspective, providing guidance and solutions
- Analyze requirements and gather inputs for solution design and implementation
- Design and implement ETL pipelines following Medallion architecture principles
- Adhere to Agile methodology, including proactive collaboration, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning
- Coordinate and ensure alignment between onsite and offshore delivery teams
- Mentor and guide team members on technical best practices and code quality
- Support data analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization for performance in Databricks
- Provide actionable insights and reporting where needed, optionally using Tableau
Mandatory Skills:
- Expert-level hands-on experience in Databricks on AWS
- Strong proficiency in PySpark and Spark SQL
- 10+ years of overall experience in data engineering / analytics projects
- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive solutions in client engagements
- Strong communication skills for leading SCRUM meetings and stakeholder interactions
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based data engineering best practices
- Understanding of modern data lake architecture and pipeline optimization
Top 3 Responsibilities:
- Databricks Development: Lead hands-on development as per client requirements
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze and gather requirements for ETL and transformation pipelines
- Agile Execution: Lead SCRUM meetings, daily stand-ups, and ensure delivery alignment
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related field
