OMH provides behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado, specializing in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment. The interdisciplinary health care team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC). The role involves providing individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed, and customizing care for each patient. Customize the care for each patient You will have the autonomy to determine how often you see a patient and the appropriate length of time for each session. Individual psychotherapy is the most common clinical work, but family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing may also be performed. Pick your own schedule! Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with a perfect work/life balance. Typically, clinicians work between Mondays and Fridays, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. You will focus on patient care without additional on‑call responsibilities. Our back‑office support team handles billing, collections, credentialing, and other administrative tasks. Education & Licensure Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Texas is required, with the ability to practice independently.
