Overview Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is expanding its world‑class team of Government Contract Administrators in Northridge, CA. Responsibilities In this position, you will apply FAR/DFARS knowledge to support multiple contract types, including Time & Materials (T&M), Cost‑Reimbursable, and Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP). You will lead proposal preparation, negotiate terms and conditions, and manage contracts across the full lifecycle—from proposal through closeout. Qualifications Experience with both Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Background supporting multiple contract types (including T&M, Cost‑Reimbursable, and FFP) Skilled in proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration from proposal through closeout Ability to work full time on-site in Northridge, CA Clearance Requirements U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance issued by the DOD Active secret clearance is preferred Benefits & Compensation Primary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $167,500.00 Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, a discretionary bonus, and for Vice President or Director positions—Long Term Incentives.
