Our client, an established Orange County firm, with International Reach, is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support their corporate and project-based contract operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys managing documents, tracking processes, and contributing to legal and business compliance in a collaborative environment.

Draft, review, and process contracts and amendments under supervision Track approvals, renewals, and key milestones across multiple projects Maintain contract documentation and organize files in the central system Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal standards Provide administrative support to senior contract staff and project teamsWHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field helpful 2–5 years of experience in contract administration, ideally in architecture, engineering, or construction Familiarity with contract law and terminology helpful High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and elevate issues appropriatelyWHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
