Warehouse Operation Lead (Bilingual in Chinese)

Buford, GA; Pooler, GA

YQN is a leading one-stop international logistics online services platform, offering comprehensive international logistics services, including FCL, LCL, air freight, rail service, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, cargo insurance, bulk cargo service, port of destination services, etc.

We are designed to apply the internet and digital technology to visualize and optimize cross-border supply chain logistics to achieve the same efficiency and convenience as express delivery. 'Simple shipping and easy freight' is the mission of YQNLINK. We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.

We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.

Working Visa sponsorship is available for qualified employees.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management : Oversee a team of full-time employees, responsible for a wide array of tasks including staffing, training, professional development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
Performance Enhancement : Propel workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management. Provide consistent, equitable feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary.
Operational Oversight : Direct the operational activities within warehouse settings. This includes conducting operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations. Oversee the accurate implementation of work schedules and ensure the quality completion of tasks.
Schedule Management : Administer the scheduling of employee time-offs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Reporting : Generate and distribute various reports essential for daily operations.
Customer Service Excellence : Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Security and Integrity : Maintain the security of the facility and uphold the integrity of the inventory.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + OT
