Warehouse Team Lead

Supervise and optimize all inbound processes, ensuring timely receiving, inspection, and storage of goods. Maintain inventory records accuracy and ensure all inbound data is correctly recorded in the system. Ensure inbound operations comply with company standards and safety regulations. 2. Team Management Lead, train, and guide the inbound team to enhance team performance and efficiency. Develop effective work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure efficient team operations. Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions. 3. Process Optimization Evaluate and improve inbound processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce error rates. 4. Safety & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to safety operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize workplace incidents. Ensure all operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: 1. Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse inbound management, with a solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations. 3. Experience in team management with the ability to lead and motivate employees to enhance performance. 4. Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System) such as SAP, Oracle, etc. 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven optimization decisions. 6. Excellent communication skills to coordinate inbound processes across departments. 7. Language Requirement: English proficiency as a working language is required; fluency in the local language and Chinese is preferred. 8.
